Koikaze 3

Unlike last episode, Koushirou is mostly nice to Nanoka this time :) He's still thinking about all the stuff that's gone on with her the past few days, and can't sleep because of it. So he goes and gets out his teddy bear and washes it and such :) There's a flashback to when he was a kid.. a rather whiny one, too.. couldn't sleep without his bear. Awwwww :) When Nanoka comes to wake him up she sees the bear and takes it, then gives Koushirou her teddy bear.. which he then proceeds to pick on :P
Back at school, one of Nanoka's friends has completely fallen for a kakkoii high school guy she saw on the train. Too bad he's already got a girlfriend.. one of Nanoka's other friends. And while Nanoka and her friend spy on them they kiss. Oh my... ;)
When Nanoka gets home, she's not in a good mood and stays in her room. Koushirou (being a good onii-chan), is a bit worried, but doesn't know what to do about it. Nanoka finally comes out and says that she'll take a walk, but Koushirou won't let her go alone, and still has no idea what's bothering her. So she tells him.. it's ahem... it's only that "that" is a bit rough on her. (Koushirou (blushing): "Huh?") So they go out and take a nice stroll, holding hands a bit, Nanoka telling Koushirou that she saw her friend kissing that boy earlier and wondering whether "I'll kiss someone someday". We shall see, ne?
Chidori ga yuku
Like the first episode, Koushirou confesses what he's done this time... picked on the teddy bear, saw something in the laundry... Chidori doesn't like that, of course...

So Koushirou gets a surprise when wiping his face off :)
Regarding the licensing status of these Geneon USA co-produced anime y'all might want to read the report from their Anime Boston panel.
Responding to another question regarding licensing, Kime stated that it was not always 100% certain that Geneon Entertainment (USA) would distribute titles that it co-produced.
I think that would be the case with Koikaze, that they would wait on it a bit, or not distribute it at all, given the nature of the story. We'll see...
