It's Monday...
...and I've been up since... 5am or so. Anyways... apologies for the downtime on Friday. MT database got corrupted or something so I deleted everything and reinstalled and reimported stuff. Thank goodness I backed it up :) Okay, random stuff follows...
Konomini, and Koikaze will be wrapping up this week, then Midori no Hibi the next, so that's three less shows to watch after that. Anyone know how long Aishiteru ze Baby is scheduled to run?
I haven't gotten around to watching more Samurai Champloo yet. Not extremely high on the list of shows to watch for now. It's cool and swordfighting's nice and all, but at this point it's not terribly interesting to me. But that might change.. another samurai show just started recently, Samurai 7, loosely based on Kurosawa's 7 Samurai.. Dunno if I'll check that out or not since samurai fighting ain't exactly my thing. It's Gonzo so it's probably gonna be pretty to look at...
As for shows I'm watching but not blogging.. Head over to Sugar's blog for entries on Keroro Gunsou and The Melody of Oblivion. David has good entries (as always) on BakuTenshi (hopefully you'll get your giant robots soon, ne?). Don't think anybody else is watching Inuyasha.. so I might blog that sometime...
ADV announced that they had acquired Mermaid Melody Pichi Pichi Pitch recently so I decided to watch a bit of the 2nd season of the show that's on now to get a taste of it. It's pretty stereotypical mahou shoujo from what I can tell. I wish they had another attack besides singing the same song every episode, though... might as well watch for now and see if it gets any better, I guess..
I don't think there's anything else to yap about now.. so I guess I'd better watch some stuff :)
Ah, if you decide to blog about Mermaid, I'll be very happy to read. I was a little interested in watching the second season but put it off because I cannot be bothered to watch the first season to know what went on and refused to start on it because I didn't watch the first season. Haha. Very contradictory of me. -__-
Okay, I'll see if I can do that with the next episode :) Actually, I'm downloading the first 6 episodes or so from the 1st season just to see how it started and all, so I might do some of those... I'm still trying to figure out exactly what's going on and such since I've only watched 5 episodes from the 2nd season so far, lol.
