KURAU Phantom Memory 2

Opening: "Natsukashii umi" ("umi" is written as "uchuu"): A nice opening song and sequence showing off both Kurau and Christmas.
Ending: "moonlight": Just a slow zoom out from a scene with Kurau. Song fits well with the show, though.

The other Rynax finally appears and Kurau is overjoyed. But first, she's got to think of a name for her.. something good.. how about Christmas? That's definitely a good thing ;) However, unlike Kurau, Christmas doesn't have any of the Rynax powers...
Now that Christmas is with her, Kurau doesn't want to take on dangerous jobs as an Agent. She takes a job of protecting a man who's about to be married again from his previous girlfriend (supposedly). However, that's not quite the case as Kurau finds a bomb disguised as lipstick that the bride to be was carrying since she didn't really want to marry that guy.. Kurau, using those awesome Rynax powers, gets rid of the bomb easily...
Back to Kurau's father, the professor now.. he's visited by someone who has some info on Kurau. They've been observing Kurau and apparently she's not on their list.. What do they want from her?
Kurau herself wants to see her father again, but they parted so that neither would be hurt. During one of the experiments Kurau was made to participate in she got angry and her power caused her father's left arm to disentigrate... the episode ends with a nice scene with Kurau taking Christmas on a little flight around the town..
I'm interested so I'll keep watching. Looks like we might have a good show here :) As Jeff mentioned, the music is done very well. And overall, the show does a nice job of capturing your attention. I certainly couldn't look away during this episode or the last :) Anyways, from now on I'll go lighter on the summaries, more thoughts and such.

I'd agree on the music thing, it's really half of my enjoyment, but then again I'm pretty big on OSTs, so that goes for almost any anime.
I must say this show is confounding my expectations. I love it! That OP was totally unexpected. The first shot of Kurau and Christmas seems like it belongs in a musical by Rogers and Hammerstein. How did they keep those two hats from knocking into each other? ^_^
