#70 - Sakura and Her True Feelings (FINAL)
Sakura doesn't know what to do now that Shaoran finally told her how he feels....

Sakura's not her usual cheerful self at school.. she's confused and doesn't know what to do..
Sakura, Shaoran, and Tomoyo (along with Yue and Kero) go to Eriol's house to have a chat about everything that's happened. It's a tea party! ;) Eriol explains why he made all those strange things happen... and it all went as planned, but something happened that even Clow Reed couldn't have imagined. Tomoyo knows what it is ;)
After the party, Sakura's back to her depressed state at home. Then she gets a phone call from Tomoyo... Shaoran's going back to Hong Kong later that day. She realizes how much she doesn't want that to happen. Finally knowing what she feels, she goes to the airport.. and Shaoran is there. Wei-san gives Shaoran the teddy bear he had left behind at his house.. and Sakura asks to have it. Awwwwwwwww :)
And there you have it.. but! We've still got the 2nd movie to watch :) That's for tomorrow.
In the manga... Due to time constraints (I'm guessing) a lot of things were cut and changed here. The entire last volume of the manga is pretty much devoted to Sakura figuring out what her feelings for Shaoran are (Shaoran actually doesn't do the kokuhaku until after they all talk with Eriol in the manga). Sakura goes around to all her friends (Tomoyo, Chiharu, Rika) and asks them about what she's feeling and what she should do. When she finally sees moving trucks at Shaoran's house and hears that he's going to move she realizes her feelings. Eriol told her to think about how she felt when he left and when another person close to her (Shaoran, of course) leaves, and how those feelings are different. She goes to work making a teddy bear to give to Shaoran.. the next day Tomoyo tells her that Shaoran is leaving and Sakura gets her brother to give her a lift to the bus stop where she sees Shaoran leaving and gives him the teddy bear....
Now in middle school, Sakura's waiting for the day when Shaoran comes back from Hong Kong. On her way she sees him holding the teddy bear. Now they'll be together forever (awwwwwww). And that's the end. And I prefer it to the anime ending, but still.. I can't complain too much. Sakura is Sakura :)
A more complete wrap-up of things will be coming after I watch the 2nd movie tomorrow. O-tanoshimi ni!
