Tsubasa Anime?

According to an announcement in the latest Shonen Weekly Magazine, a new anime based on CLAMP's Tsubasa is currently being planned.

Scan of said information is here. However...　to me it seems like a mistranslation since I only read that something will be going on sale at the same time as 5th volume of XXXHolic, which will be made into a theatrical anime in 2005.
