Tuesday Notes... Randomness..

I usually do the Tsukuyomi post Tuesdays, but I'm still waiting for a raw, so some random things for now. Got School Rumble and the latest Fantastic Children to watch.. probably tomorrow since I'm about to fall asleep.

• Speaking of Tsukuyomi, y'all all know the opening, "Neko Mimi Mode", was done by dimitri from Paris. It's actually kinda a parody of a song he did previously called "Love Love Mode". They're pretty darn similar.. Anyways, Neko Mimi Mode's been on the playlist on my Axim a lot lately. Makes good walking music when I have to go a long ways between classes :)

• A certain day is coming up soon... yup, my birthday is this Thursday, the 11th. Already got the card from the grandparents, so I used a bit of what they sent to get a few more posters to decorate the room. Couple of CCS ones (of course) and Fruits Basket. As if my room weren't cute enough already...

• But that's about all I'll be getting since I'm planning on getting a Nintendo DS. Anybody else already preordered or planning to buy one at launch on the 21st?

• I've had this idea of maybe arranging some anime music for a marching band halftime type show (around 10 minutes). I haven't actually worked on it any, but for now.. I know I want to put LILIUM in there, and I want to close with Platinum from CCS. (y'all know how much fun I'd have doing auxiliary costumes and drill for Platinum, lol). Dunno about an opener... maybe "Change the World" from Inuyasha? That seems like it'd sound good with a marching band sound (despite it being a boy band song). Anyways, just an idea. Might try and arrange those individually over winter break if I'm not too lazy ;)

• I have to do a short "show and tell" presentation in Japanese class soon (alphabetical order so I'll prolly go near last, if not last). I don't really know what to bring... If I go after I get a DS I'll show that off, but if not I think I'll bring my Full Moon wo Sagashite stuff to talk about. That'd be interesting, right? I dunno if I'd bring the Eichi-Mitsuki poster. That one might be too cute for some... though I'm sure Sasaki-sensei would find it somewhat funny since she knows my penchant for watching/reading cute things from how much I talked about CCS ;)
