Sunday Notes.... KimiNozo Thoughts...
21 hours left downloading the rest of Kimi ga Nozomu Eien. The first two episodes were pretty good. Was kinda "woooah!" during "that" particular scene in ep 2. That happened rather quickly ;) I'm expecting the angst go up after what happened at the end of ep 2... And Jeff, when I first saw Haruka I thought she looked a lot like a grown-up Sakura (from CCS), too. kawaii~~! :)
Other than that.. Mermaid Melody Pichi Pichi Pitch Pure only has a couple of episodes left. Which would make 39 this season... kinda an odd number. But anyways, all the mermaid princesses are gathered and Seira might even be joining them (guessing from the preview) for the last battle with Mikeru. Once stuff actually started happening it's been at least somewhat entertaining ;).. though I don't really like any of the songs :P
Haruka's a dead ringer from Sakura from CCS! In fact I initially got interested in KimiNozo because a friend showed me images of her. ^_^
Oh yeah the angst goes up, way up. :) I don't know if you're getting KAA's version or not, but if you aren't you might want to grab the omake bits from the torrent, they feature the two waitresses (who'll show up soon) and are hilarious. ^_^ Here's the link to it. If you do get the KAA release, make sure that you watch the Ayu/Mayu theaters in the correct sequence (I still want to spank Jcubed for cutting them off the episodes of an otherwise flawless release). Otherwise you lose the connection.
I'm getting the Lunar sub. I'll make sure to go over there and grab those extras from KAA's release :)
I watched KimiNozo some months ago a week or so after watching Poptan. Talk about going from one (near) extreme to the other. Very heart-breaking series, but very much worth watching.
Though nowadays, it'll be a little harder to get a hold of if anyone's been following recent events.
If you are getting Lunar's release then don't worry about it. The AyuMayu shorts are included at the end of each episode, starting with episode 3.
