Waiting for Rozen Maiden 12.... while we're talking PocketPC stuff, here's the program I use to play videos and music on mine.
It's called BetaPlayer and can play just about any format out there now. For video I use DivX (WMV does not work well at all on my Axim) at around 300kbps for short clips, 150-200kbps for full episodes with mp3 audio at 128kbps. The resolution of my Axim X5 Advanced is only QVGA (240x320) so I have to encode at 320x240. A typical 24-minute episode is usually around 50MB (I've only got a 256MB CF card, you know. SD card is full of music). Quality is decent for most shows I watch. Works pretty well as a portable video/audio player.
My sleeping pattern is seriously screwed up now, ain't it? Posting at this time of morning. Usually get this way during breaks.. sometimes going nocturnal.. btw, added Futakoi Visuals to my amazon.co.jp list. Definitely going to get that :)
Anyways, so it turns out that Uta~Kata isn't completely over. There's going to be an OVA with episode 13 on it (thanks, Korb, for pointing that out). No more information besides that for now. Wonder what it'll be like?

No why didn't Kiddy Grade get the OVA treatment? Gonzo did it for Vandread and Gatekeepers.
Ditto, I even manage to go nocturnal over two day weekends sometimes. Makes Mondays even harder than normal. >_<
you can try pocketmvp. core is ffmpeg/ffdshow, so plays about anything.
