Gakuen Alice 19
Gakuen Alice hops on the gender-bending bandwagon along with Mahoraba and GIRLS Bravo with a production of the ever popular Snow White and Sleeping Beauty mixed together. Luca-pyon plays Snow White, with Yuri-senpai -- not a coincidence Yuri-senpai's alice is a pheromone that attracts girls, I think -- playing the prince. Well, until some rather sticky balls get lose and the cast gets stuck together. So Mikan fills in as the prince... Sumire plays the villain, of course, since it's not really acting for her. And even Natsume joins in... Hotaru was hilarious this time -- she and Tamami from Mahoraba would get along rather well ;)
And with Luca-pyon Snow White, Mikan the prince that means... they have to kiss.. but someone seems to be jealous and makes sure that doesn't happen ;)
Next time, it's the last day of the festival and the big dance.. so who's Mikan going to dance with? ;)
I'm surprised that you posted your thoughts on Gakuen Alice. Garten hasn't posted the summary yet!
Like Girls Bravo, I watch it live and raw (8:06am Japan/7:06am HK). But for a night owl, it's effort to get up this early.
Most of the time I'll wait 'til after he posts, but not this time ;)
btw, those Mermaid Melody Pichi Pichi Pitch cards you made are really cool :)
Why, thank you. I made them myself, if you read my blog. The surfaces are a little bit pinkish now because of the staining of the card backs (just plain glossy red paper), though I can still play with them. I'm sure no Taiwanese manufacturer has made anything like this, especially bridge-sized ones.

I sure love to see Natsume and Mikan getting along and I never wanted to have any love triangle between them and Luca. so i hope that it would be Luca and Hotaru. i think those two would make such a lovely pair. i find them cute when Hotaru teases Luca about the photos of him she has taken and Luca ends up chasing her...especially when they were still preparing for the festival...it's really, well, cute...and i can't wait to see how those two will end up liking each other or maybe Hotaru already liked Luca from the start...Oh, i really don't know but I hope that would be the way the story will turn out...
