Oh, btw, anybody out there get a PSP? There's an article over at 1up.com about reading manga and books on it, for those that might want to give it a try. And as pointed out in the shoutbox, there's already a PSP formatted raw of AIR 12 up (about 107MB). Those wanting to take video on the go should check out PSP Video 9 to convert files and such. Hope y'all got big memory sticks ;) As for me, my Axim plays videos and music and such just fine so if I get a PSP it'll only be for playing games, and that won't be until there's a game I absolutely have to have :P

And, not leaving the Nintendo DS types (like myself) out, there are plenty of high-profile games out there that are going (or at least are planned) to be released this year, despite what you might have heard. A few I'm looking forward to are Animal Crossing DS -- that's online, so I hope to be able to visit some of your villages when it's released ;) -- Mario Kart, Another Code (old-school PC adventure type game), etc., etc., most of the Nintendo developed stuff; from Namco, Xenosaga, Baten Kaitos (should work well with the touch screen), and Katamari Damacy; from everybody's favorite RPG-making conglomerate Squeenix, Final Fantasy III (the Japanese FF3 that was for the Famicom), Secret of Mana (should be awesome in multiplayer if it's up to the SNES Seiken Densetsu game standards), and Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles. E3 this year should be very interesting, perhaps seeing these DS games and finding out about the next-generation consoles, myself being most interested in finding out exactly what the Nintendo Revolution will be like. I'm sure it'll prolly get the same reaction the DS got when it was first revealedt: "WTF is Nintendo doing? Are they f*@&@ing crazy?". We shall see :)

I'm surprised this doesn't happen more often, given that both pedestrians and drivers on campus are not good at paying attention to what's happening. Always best to cross the street in a group :P

Anyways, it's Friday, I'm ready for the weekend. So was everyone in Asian-American Lit. today, too, whole class was pretty much dead so teacher let us go early since nothing was going to get done ;)

The UGA Anime Club had a table set up at the Tate Center promoting themselves and MDOA Mega Days of Anime next week, 5-10pm. Chatted a bit with the people there about what they were watching and what they were looking forward to and such, but without identifying myself.. Like they'd know who I am ;) Perhaps I'll do a survey of people who come next week and see how many have heard of the site. I'm betting not too many, if there are any at all...

On the schedule today... watch Mai-HiME 25, write up GIRLS Bravo in a bit, watch Fantastic Children 17 & 18, and wait for a sub of AIR 12 to come out before I post about it. Anybody out there watched the raw? We should be able to have a lively discussion about what happened, I think ;)
