Tsukuyomi ~Moon Phase~ 24

I meant to get to this last night, I really did ;) Anyways...
Quick random summary: We move to the climax (I guess) as the castle that Hazuki was kept in reappears and it seems she'll go back to the way she was, all alone.. of course, Kaoru, Hikaru, Yayoi-sama, etc. won't let things go that way.. Jeda turns out to be the real bad guy, as he's the one trying to keep Hazuki in the castle, and he actually ends up attacking and killing Vargas. Seiji's also back and not sucking anymore after managing to free himself of Jeda's control.. and Kouhei finally manages to get a hold of himself and kick Jeda's butt, saving Hazuki..
作画が...!!
The animation was noticeably off in places, 微妙 as they say. I don't know whether it's my raw or what, but, I don't think it's supposed to look like this (alternating between rough lines and smooth lines from cut to cut sometimes towards the end. I don't think that'd be an effect of deinterlacing...) and this, and there were other irregularities and a general lack of animation in some places (though not lacking as much as episode 12...). But putting that aside for now...
Enjoyable enough episode, I suppose. Still had that not too serious tone even now with Kouhei coming in to save Hazuki with nekomimi on and the usual things falling from the sky ;) Looks like next time is the last episode... it'll be sad to sing Neko Mimi Mode for the last time and see Hazuki go :( Anyways, we'll see ;)

Something definately went awry when animating this, the sound and pictures got more and more out of synch as the ep went on, there's sounds gthat don't correspond to anything on screen etc, in particular there was that looped scene with Elfriede and Gramps that I don't think was originally intended to loop for as long as it did.. also continuity was pretty bad in places.. e.g. in one scene Alto is looking at a stationary vine, cut to the side and it moves towards her, cut back and it's stationary again.
Sorry for double-posting, that'll teach me for reading blogs before watching the last few minutes.. this is just plain Negima-level sloppiness:

as enjoyable as tsukuyomi has been, its had a lot of these "budget saver" type scenes.. this ep had the worst yet though [i'd take stills over jagged lines rough animation]
