Results of the entrance test for Izumizaka High School are posted, and somehow, everybody got in, even Junpei. The graduation ceremony comes, and afterwards Tsukasa talks to Junpei. She's finally realized that he likes someone else -- Aya, of course, who he's been constantly thinking about.. and she tells him she's going to be going to a different high school...
And the B part... Junpei wakes up to find an almost nude girl in his bed. It's his childhood friend, Yui (voiced by Mizuki Nana, yay!), who's come to check out the high school she wants to go to.. the same one Junpei's going to be attending. After a run in with some mean dogs, Junpei takes a bath at home.. and Yui comes in and washes his back for him -- with clothes still on, but after she gets wet she starts to take them off.. and Junpei makes a hasty exit. The next morning, Junpei wakes up, thinking Yui's gone since she was supposed to get up early to catch a train.. but she's under the covers yet again, this time no pantsu, so he sees quite a sight. Why didn't he get a very serious nosebleed from that? ;)
So, Tsukasa finally breaks with Junpei. About time, ain't it? Will she really go to that other high school, though?... So now will Junpei make the move on Aya?.. if only 'cause he's thinking ecchi things and having those fantasies about her during school ;) And as for Yui... that girl needs to somehow fix her habit of sneaking into other peoples' beds naked. Would've thought that Junpei would've been rather pleased with that given his previous actions. Hey, Yui's pretty cute ;)
Ahem... well, next time it looks like Junpei'll be back to the usual. "Chichi wo Moge" would be an appropriate song for him ;)

What's wrong with her habit of sneaking into other people's beds naked? Seems perfectly fine to me. ^_-

Me thinks, being Junpei's childhood friend, Yui has no trouble sleeping like that. ;)

I presume his reaction is because Yui thinks of him almost like a brother, and doesn't see anything romantic in their relationship (or does she?). Junpei, on the other hand, is trying to stick to one girl (and it's someone else i.e. Aya-chan). Her presence...complicates things.
Interestingly, this looks like the first anime in a while where the childhood friend *isn't* the prime candidate. Do strawberry undergarments override even this most holiest of anime traditions?

I don't think already having someone else would put Yui out of nosebleed territory (after all, he's already had two on the go at once).

i reakon u haver to read the other 16 books in the series.... cause alot more happens. like the addition of some other characters and they all grow up...ill spoil it for u all.... in the 17th book, manaka hooks up with tsukasa again.... all in between hes deciding on like 5 chicks.....
but anyway, get informed on more than one book... these heaps of them,,, GO TOUJYO>>>>
