Fushigiboshi no Futago Hime 2

Back in the Sun Kingdom, the king and queen talk with some scientists(?) about what's happening. It seems the light is going out, just as Princess Grace told Fine and Rain earlier, and the only way to fix things is by using the power of the Prominence she used to save the kingdom, and the Fushigiboshi.

Fine and Rain end up in front of a place called Howan's, but it seems to be closed. They run to the back and see a Panda making something yummy, so Fine goes in and asks to have some. Panda's not pleased and asks them to go back. They sit at the fountain, Fine complaning about being hungry. Seems the dish Howan was making is the local specialty, but looks like you can't get it anymore...

 
Rain: "Let's give up..."
Fine: "I'm absolutely going to eat it!"

They show their differences once again ;) Fine thinks about using the Prominence, but Rain stops her. They finally find Pumo, and ask him what to do. All Fine can think about is food.. she's not gonna stop until she has some of that stuff. But there is a way... use the power of the Prominence on yourself. In this case... Fine says kakurenbo~! (hide-and-seek) and disappears, going to spy on Howan to see what's up.. But it wears off as she takes a bite of the dish Howan's working on..

He can't make the dish because he doesn't have the special spice that's on the nearby volcano, and can't get it anymore, so there's nothing to be done... Fine and Rain decide to use the Prominence to help him out and bring the volcano back to life... but it doesn't work at all. Their "Princess Level" is too low.. what does come out is a bone, that Pumo grabs.. that dog(?) from earlier shows up again and chases him all over the place and up a tree. Pumo sends one of the fruits down, and it cracks, sending a spicy powder into the air.. looks like they've found a substitute spice for Howan's dish ;)

Howan makes it for them...

燃えてる！
It's on fire!

Looks like pretty hot stuff there... and after Fine and Rain take a bite...

からいッッ！！
Spicyyyyyy!

Spicy enough to make you breathe fire ;)... That mysterious bishounen who was spying on the party last episode makes his appearance and speaks to Fine and Rain after they leave Howan's. Fine and Rain haven't really solved the problem with the volcano or anything, so they shouldn't be so satisfied, he says. And then tells them to take a look at the "Flame Dragon's Rock"...

And so they go back home. And they've actually gotten to a higher "Princess Level".. the lowest one, though ;) Camelot then comes in to make them study that much harder...

Lots and lots of fun this time. Which is probably why I felt like writing up a longer summary for it ;) Hopefully, somebody will sub Futago Hime so all of y'all out there can have as much fun with it as I did. Fine was especially hilarious this time.. does she ever think about anything besides food?

Seeing the next ep preview made me that much more happy than I was...

Though she seems to be down again.. awwww, poor thing. But Fine and Rain will cheer her up, won't they? :)

Well, at this rate I might just take this on as a Full show. I'll try to restrain myself next time. Expect to see more big red text, though. Futago Hime is a fun show, so I'm trying to have as much fun as I can with it ;)
