Summer break has come, as well as the usual summer homework and projects. Matsuri and Ana go with their families for vacation leaving Miu, Chika, and Nobue. Miu's got her project set -- she's going to observe Chika and Nobue. And she's armed with a camcorder. Be scared (^^;;) But Chika and Nobue acting like they usually do are too boring for Miu. Matsuri arrives back from visiting her grandfather out in the country, and of course Miu is there to record everything. She tries an experiment, taking Nobue's cigarettes away and telling Matsuri to not give them back. But after a bit of talking Matsuri ends up giving them back anyways. Nobue's good at handling her as Miu says... Ana arrives back as well with a video letter that she plays for everyone. In the video she's got the gothloli look and talks about what she's doing there... in English. Well, she tries to speak in English but ends up mixing in Japanese (^^;;) Miu shows some of what she's recorded next -- seems Miu snuck into Chika's room one night (kids, don't copy her), found Chika sleeping soundly, spotted a stuffed animal and... we get Chikaboin! Miu ends up face down on floor...
Miu's still at it the next day as they all go to swim in the school pool, but it ends up raining so no swimming. Ana once again shows how Japanese she's become by mentioning that when it thunders you're supposed to cover your belly button since it'll get stolen (^^;;) Nobue comes with umbrellas to walk them home, then as the rain ends she says she'll take them to the beach. She tells Miu to bring her camcorder to finish her project... and Miu ends up forgetting. Poor Nobue, she was looking forward to it so much... yeah (^^;;) As for swimsuits... Chika and Matsuri have on the ever-popular スク水 (I don't particularly have a thing for them), while Miu's got.. according to her, a very sexy bikini. Nobue points out that Miu is flat and Miu takes off Nobue's top to get back. And as punishment, Miu becomes the watermelon in the usual beach activity of splitting watermelons. Ana almost did split her (^^;;) Miu once again gets rather jealous when Nobue teaches Matsuri how to swim, not paying any attention to her. And so the sun sets and it's time to go back home...
The day before school starts again Miu's still working on her project, very much annoying Chika. Turns out Miu's project on all her interesting friends actually gets a silver award. Chika takes a look at it -- it's a very exaggerated version of the summer's events. Miu thinks she could've gotten a gold if she had just included the shot of Chikaboin -- Miu pulls out a photo of it. Chika is not pleased, and Miu ends up face down on the floor as usual..
Pretty much the usual this time. Miu causes trouble, gets beat down. Ana can't be an English lady since she's even more Japanese than the Japanese, etc., etc. They mixed a few chapters from the manga together, with alterations of course, to make this episode. Go figure Miu and Chika spying on Ana in the shower had to be cut.. but anyways, still fun. Next time it looks like we'll see a couple more chapters I particularly like. A festival, and also ninja Miu. I have a feeling something's going to be cut from the ninja Miu part... well, nothing to be done about that so I'll have to enjoy it anyways ;)
Miu has been the little devlish one, hasnt she? That Chika-boin, of course had me rolling...
...but of course to top the icing on the cake I was gazing at KnGB and I remembered Folgore's song... "Chi Chichi oppai ~~Boing ~~Booing!!"
That had me just dying of laughter.
