Fushigiboshi no Futago Hime 47
The other princesses and princes watch from their respective kingdoms as the Sun Kingdom is enveloped in darkness... Shade seems to have an idea of where the Moon Kingdom's Grace Stone is after remembering a song he heard while at a small town with a mountain that looks similar to one in a painting in a castle. He, Tio, Fine, Rein, and Altessa head there to check things out... Bright also goes to the same town to ask about the whereabouts of the Grace Stone from a little rabbit girl named Candy, the daughter of the mayor of the town, that he once got a fan letter from. He's got a favor to ask of her... Fine and Rein and the rest arrive at the mayor's house to ask about the Grace Stone. Candy answers the door, but she sounds odd... all of her sentences end with "de bumo". Altessa is immediately suspicious that it's Bumo, and that it is -- he's hiding in Candy's backpack -- but Fine and Rein, being unable to doubt her believe what she says and leave. When Candy goes back inside she finds Bright questioning her parents about the Grace Stone. And when he doesn't get the information -- the black crystal shines, controlling his body and making him pull out the dark prominence boomerang and use it to turn Candy's parents into stone. He himself can't believe what he's done, but Bumo is rather happy. If Candy wants her parents back she'll be listening to what Bumo says...
While Shade climbs the mountain looking for the Grace Stone, Candy goes to Fine and Rein and, following Bumo's directions, asks to borrow the Grace Stones from them. Fine and Rein want to do it, but Altessa objects.. however, Fine and Rein win the argument and give the Grace Stones to Candy with a smile. While walking back Candy, remembering Fine and Rein's smile, can't take it anymore and throws her backpack containing Bumo into a tree, then runs back to Fine and Rein to tell them the truth. When Candy tries to give the Grace Stones back to them at her house Bumo steals them... Fine and Rein use the Prominence to turn Candy's parents back to normal. Meanwhile, Shade, now with the Moon Kingdom's Grace Stone, confronts Bright. Bright manages to steal the Grace Stone from Shade as Fine and the rest come running. Bright seems to be shocked by the reaction of Candy's parents to him... he didn't... Shade points out that long ago he once was surrounded by people who liked him, but that now no one is around him at all. Bright and Bumo teleport away...
..so now Fine and Rein have lost all of the Grace Stones to Bright. Even so, they're not going to give up!
That's perhaps a bit too laid back for what just happened, you two ;) Anyways, now that Bright has all of the Grace Stones what are they going to do now?... with Bright coming under the black crystal's power this time it seems like they've given him a way to excuse his actions, the "I was being controlled" thing as usual :P But anyways... Candy was definitely the highlight this time -- terakawaisu for a rabbit. Most of the guest characters have been really cute like that :) And everybody was pretty cute this time thanks to animation that was better than last time's.
Next time, we're going to see Pearl back in the Sea Kingdom once again. And what's this? Bumo falls in love? Should be fun :)
