Binchou-tan 8
Binchou-tan finishes eating and notices that her rice bowl is in rather bad shape, all cracked. She heads off to town as usual, and Kunugi-tan goes to school as usual, thinking about Binchou-tan. While walking through town Binchou-tan runs into a dog that seems to want a croquette from a bakery, so Binchou-tan buys one for it. How nice :) She then stops by a shop that sells rice bowls. The person working there asks Binchou-tan where her mom is... Binchou-tan walks off without saying a word. She passes by a kindergarten where the kids are singing a song outside. Binchou-tan follows along and does the motions, but she notices that her hands are worn from all the work she's been doing （ノД`）
Back at home Binchou-tan makes some rice and puts it in her cracked rice bowl, then walks outside. She goes back to the door and smiles, saying tadaima, then goes to the table and plays the role of a mother welcoming her child back, saying okaerinasai 。゜・（ノД`）・゜・。
After Binchou-tan takes a nap she sees that dog from earlier sitting outside. She takes it to Chiku-tan, and they agree to take care of it together. That portable house Chiku-tan made is perfect to use as a dog house, so they set it right halfway between where they live. Chiku-tan gives the dog a name -- Saji :)
The next day when Binchou-tan goes to the city hall to get some more work, the man working there tells her that the lady at Kunugi-tan's school wants her to help every week. Binchou-tan goes to work at the school as she did before... back in town Aloe's in dire need of some water again, and Chiku-tan's walking Saji. Or rather Saji's walking Chiku-tan. Saji runs to the school and greets Binchou-tan. Kunugi-tan comes out and meets Saji as well, smiling as Saji gives her a lick. Thanks to Saji Kunugi-tan's learned Binchou-tan and Chiku-tan's names. Today was a fun day for her :) Binchou-tan sleeps together with Saji at home...
Poor Binchou-tan... this episode really did bring a tear to my eye. Binchou-tan's worn hands, then her saying tadaima and okaerinasai by herself was too much 。゜・（ノД`）・゜・。 But she's a strong girl so she's able to still make it through all the hard things with a smile. And she's got friends by her side as well so she's not alone. Yay for Kunugi-tan and Binchou-tan being friendly this time. Hopefully they'll become even better friends over the coming episodes :)
Next time it looks like we'll see Ren-tan again. Is Chiku-tan going to be scared to death again by one of Ren-tan's spirits? ;)
I guess the dog helped the two of them to break the ice, as it were? :D STill... they're horribly cute, especially when Kunugi-tan's smiling like that. :D
Now if only Manhole would catch up with this series...
