Otaku Expressions: Random Selection
Been a while since I've done one of these, hasn't it? Since I can't really think of a theme this time I'll teach y'all some randomly selected expressions that might be of use impressing your otaku friends.
これなんてエロゲ?/それなんてエロゲ? KNEG?/SNEG?
Kore nante eroge?/Sore nante eroge?
"What ero game is this/that?"
Used to describe a situation that could easily be in any stereotypical ero game. As you can probably guess, KNEG? and SNEG? would be the abbreviated versions of the phrase.
Usage

from Shinigami no Ballad 3
Meganekko (girl that wears glasses) + iincho (class rep) + osananajimi (childhood friend) + staying together overnight. KNEG?
どうみても~です。本当にありがとうございました。
Dou mite mo ~ desu. Hontou ni arigatou gozaimashita.
"No matter how you look at it, [insert phrase here]. Thank you very much"
A set phrase originating from a 2ch thread that's gotten rather popular recently among Japanese bloggers. For some reason it makes whatever you say a bit funnier ;)

from Shakugan no Shana 24
どうみてもセックルです。本当にありがとうございました。
Dou mite mo sekkuru desu. Hontou ni arigatou gozaimashita.
No matter how you look at it, they're doing it. Thank you very much.
I know I wasn't the only one thinking that... did they just put that in there so that we could hear Mamiko making sounds like that? ;) Another example here...
ケンタ 「じゃあ、つぎ水着に着替えてみようか?」
Kenta: "Jaa, tsugi mizugi ni kigaete miyou ka?"
Kenta: "Okay, how about changing into a swimsuit next?"
どうみても変態クマです。本当にありがとうございました。
Dou mite mo hentai kuma desu. Hontou ni arigatou gozaimashita.
No matter how you look at it, he's a perverted bear. Thank you very much.
...sometimes I wonder what audience they're making this show for (^^;;)
ktkr!
An abbreviation of キタコレー!, kita kore. A shorter variation of the ever popular キタ━━━(゚∀゚)━━━ ! and used in the same way.
See, not that hard to use, are they? Try them out yourself in the comments or on your own blog.

Those are certainly interesting. Thanks again for the free lessons.
I've heard of wktk as well (wakuteka) for being really excited about something.
