Opening: "Hikari" by Yui Horie - Hmm, not quite as good as other songs Yui Horie has done. Animation is pretty good, though.
Ending: "Yuujo Monogatari" by Aice5 - You can't go wrong with a chibi character ED. Cute :) Song's pretty catchy as well. taihen taihen taihen~
Since long ago, there have been inukami (dog gods) that can transform into human form have worked with a clan of humans, the inukamitsukai to exterminate the various spirits and demons that prey upon the world. They exist even now... As we start, Keita and his inukami, Youko@Yui Horie, fight a demon and exterminate it pretty easily...
In Youko's room we hear a very suggestive conversation between Youko and Keita. Youko thinks that it's a bit fast, but Keita's very much ready to do it... not that :P Youko wants to go out on a date. Keita's not interested. He leaves, saying he's going to walk around a bit... but of course he's sitting on a bench, looking at girls walking by, normal girls without tails. He doesn't much care for Youko. Of course Youko ends up looking for Keita and finds him staring at other girls, so she's rather pissed. And what does she do when she's mad? She takes Keita's clothes... zou-san ("elephant").... Keita gets arrested by the police and thrown in jail.
Seems like this isn't the first time it's happened since he's got some friends at the jail, a couple of... rather odd people (^^;;) Youko shows up to get Keita out. Turns out that she owns him due to their contract, not the other way around (notice the collar), so he has to listen to whatever she says. A man named Karina shows up ready with a job for Youko and Keita to take care of...
Their target was a novelist when he was alive, now an exhibitionist streaking hentai with the special power to make peoples' clothes disappear, Eizawa. Keita's quite eager to take the job, thinking he'll be able to see naked ladies. Seems that Eizawa has a specific grudge against couples, so Keita and Youko act as a couple to try and lure him. Youko's pretty much enjoying it as if it were an actual date when... here he comes. zou-san... Keita chases after the streaking Eizawa and they finally stop. Keita tells Eizawa not to use his power, of course hoping that he will so he'll be treated to quite a sight... Youko won't have any of that, of course, and she and Keita start fighting. Eizawa.. dances around a bit then flies up, ready to use his power. Keita tells Youko to wait and see a bit... and here it comes, here it comes! Numerous beams come down and strike everyone and... all the guys around are naked. The girls are still clothed. Ooooops... Keita screwed up (^^;;)
Eizawa thinks that by making all of the guys embarassed by making them naked he'll split up all the couples there are, but Keita says that he's wrong. Number one, girls don't mind seeing the guy they like naked, two, if you're going to make people naked you should obviously aim for the girls, three, if everybody's naked then there's no shame. Keita strips and.... have you no shame, man? (^^;;) Youko fires some flames at Eizawa and soon the incident is over. And Keita's still naked... and now Youko's really, really pissed, so you can guess what happens next (^^;;)
Well, that was quite ridiculous, wasn't it? (that's a compliment, actually) ;) Seems your classic love comedy (perhaps some harem later on?), though with the hentai dial turned up with all that happened this time and Keita himself rather perverted. Youko's pretty cute, especially that active tail of hers. Plenty of other cute inukami yet to be introduced, it seems. See that Tomohane, the little dog girl you see in the OP/ED is being voiced by Lulu's (Futakoi) seiyuu so hopefully she'll show up soon. Animation is done by the studio that handled Nanoha, so it's pretty good, especially the fighting scenes... well, that one at the beginning and the OP. Going to be anything like that in the actual show? (^^;;) Anyways, not bad to have something like this to watch to just sit back and just have a good laugh, and there's plenty of cute characters, so I'll keep watching for now.
... wha? Man, that show is pretty ridi-- silly. But Youko's cute and it looks fun... also, it seems one of the few shows this season that I can actually watch raw, so that's a plus.
