Coyote Ragtime Show 2
Opening: "COYOTE" by Naoki with Power Sound: Animation's great, music itself is good, but the vocals... a bit off (^^;;)

A girl lays down in her bed, clutching a pendant... there's a photo of her, along with her father and Mister in her room...
The Guild meets Marciano at her mansion to discuss whether to throw her out of the organization. They want to know what she could possibly be hiding, and what the coyotes she's after could have. Her maids pull out guns (with the laser sights on for good effect). Is she planning a coup d'etat?... Angelica, making good deductions as usual, noticed that Mister only had 10 days left in his jail term (刑期 keiki, not ケーキ cake), so there was no reason for him to escape unless there was something very urgent...
Meanwhile, on the planet Ku-rong, Katana and Bishop work on repairing Mister's ship. On the TV there's a report that the planet Graceland is going to be gone to bits in 7 days, but it's interrupted by an afro guy that calls himself Super Soul, and he likes rock 'n roll. Of course... At a bar called the Pirate in the city, the patrons are listening to a report about Mister's escape from the prison of Sandvil. A fight breaks out, but a girl brings it to an end with one hit of a frying pan -- she's Franca@Ryou Hirohashi, the one in charge of the bar since Mister's away. And speak of the devil, Mister walks in with Bishop and Katana. Mister wonders if Franca's grown any in the year he's been gone. She gives him a nice slap across the face ;)
Franca is playing harmonica on the roof when Mister walks up, saying she's gotten better. She wants to know why he broke out when he only had a few more days left in his prison term.. well, it doesn't much matter since planet Graceland is going to be in little pieces in a few days, the treasure gone with it. Keeping her these years will have been worthless if he doesn't ask her where the treasure is... but that's not it at all, Mister says. Her father was killed by the Guild since he left behind something. Doesn't she want to find out what it is? Then he'll take her along. Franca says that he and the other coyotes are only after the treasure, they couldn't care less about her... but there's no time left to talk since Marciano's 12 Sisters have arrived in town to try and capture Mister.
The 12 sisters are going to get him this time. August wonders why her mother is leaving the girl (Franca) alone since she knows where the treasure is. The others think Mister must have some reason for not getting the location of the treasure from Franca now... Mister and Franca run down the stairs on the side of the building. Mister can't get in contact with Bishop through his phone because there's some kind of interference... part of the stairs gives way and Mister falls, but he's okay. Franca slips down a rope after him. Mister smiles -- "What?". It's been a while since she called him Mister. Franca blushes -- yup, tsundere ;) She tells Mister to go in her room there and stock up on weapons. Meanwhile, Bishop and Katana along with the other people in the bar are under assault. One of the old guys opens a trapdoor for Bishop and Katana to get out -- the coyote's motto seems to be "Don't return things you've borrowed, even if dead". Quite nice ;) However, the old man along with others gets blown away as soon as Katana and Bishop leave....
Angelica and Chelsea wait for a flight. Angelica can't get in touch with the police on Ku-rong because of the interference, they say, probably something to do with them being paid off by the Guild. Oh, Chelsea gets it now. Angelica tells her not to act like that, the only thing she's got is good memory and the size of her boobs. But Chelsea's boobs come in handy sometimes -- she makes lots of friends at parties and gets good food from them.. She pulls out an address book with info on those friends (^^;;) Angelica takes a look, and what do you know, Super Soul's in there. "Nice oppai!", Angelica says (^^;;)
Franca's father, called the "King of pirates", left behind a treasure on the planet Graceland (One Piece?). Franca's pendant has the secret and whereabouts of the treasure. Mister could've stolen it from her, but he didn't, instead choosing to stay with her and run that bar... he's got to have some kind of reason to do that. She'll give him the pendant... but before he can answer a helicopter approaches. Mister and Franca make it to the roof, but a tracking device gets stuck on Franca (on her butt of all places). Another helicopter approaches, but Franca throws a grenade and blows it up. The blast knocks her and Mister off the side of the building, but Mister manages to hold on to the ledge and grab Franca...
Chelsea's gotten in touch with Super Soul, who calls her Oppai-chan (^^;;)... Katana and Bishop start up their ship and head out... Franca tells Mister to let go of her, she'll throw her pendant up to him so he can catch it. There's no way he'd do that, of course. France says he's done enough taking care of her for three years... once he knows the location of the treasure there's no need for her anyways. He's been kind to her enough... But he's not doing it for the pendant, he's doing it for her. As August reaches the roof, Mister's grip finally gives way and he falls, embracing Franca. He can't betray family. Katana pilots the ship masterfully and Bishop works the robotic arm on it to snatch Mister and Franca from the middle of the air...
Mister still hasn't heard Franca's answer -- does she want to come with him and the others to look for her father's treasure? Yes...
And that's enough action and drama for the day there. Mister is too cool :) Does he really have a deeper reason for not taking Franca's pendant and going ahead and getting her father's treasure like Marciano and Franca seem to think? He seems the good guy so far, so maybe not, but perhaps it's a bit early to call... Marciano's definitely evil, though ;) Here's a quick look at Marciano's 12 Sisters to help out memorizing who's who (thanks to whoever it is that made it). They came back pretty quick, but they are robots after all. Lots of August this time.. cute, but with those explosives.. (^^;;) Not too much of Angelica and Chelsea this time, but that was some good comic relief there.. Chelsea really is as Angelica said (^^;;) And Franca is cute, waaay too cute (can't help but hear her as Sora, though) Have no idea exactly how old she is, but if we go by Akazukin standards she's older than 14 ;)
Anyways, lots of good action and fights and generally high quality animation as expected from ufotable. Story's not exactly original or anything, but this one should be good for some action this season, along with some cute with Franca ;)
No next episode preview, but I'm guessing it'll be available on the show's site as it was last time in a few days.
Cute is the last thing I would use to describe any Marciano sister. Why are they still alive anyway?!
This show is really looking good. I still can't understand the obsession with claymation though.
They're still alive because they're all robots. They just get repaired/rebuit when damaged.
I thought the police took their bodies last time. How did they recover them so quickly (unless most of them managed to escape last time). Either way, I really didn’t want to see them again.
The police are corrupt, under the control of the Guild. That's why Chelsea quit.
Now my question is how can you tell who is Nove, Diesse, and Oct?
That was a pretty enjoyable episode.
Falloutdude, they have different backpacks. Oct has a ... tanuki, I think? Nov has a frog, and Diesse has a bunny.
Hold on a minute...Chelsea is the one with big oppai? ^^;
