Souta dreams of Akazuking fighting.. a bug, and of course Shirayuki-hime shows up as well and she and Akazukin start fighting when Ringo shows up to tell them to cut it out. When Kouta finally does wake up, Akazukin, Ringo, and Shirayuki-hime are already arguing. It would seem Shirayuki-hime has issues with Souta's house -- not big enough, no private bath for her, no this and that, so on, so on. But that's not really the problem -- there's no barrier protecting the house at all, and she was expecting Akazukin to put one up. Akazukin can't use that kind of magic, though.. Shirayuki-hime gives her a good talking to -- Val-sama says that there's no one in Fandavale that can't beat Shirayuki-hime in an argument.

It's about time for Souta to be going to school. School? Of course he has to go, even though it's dangerous with the nightmarians out for him. Shirayuki-hime, Akazukin, and Val-sama want to go along, but that's not going to happen if Ringo has a say in it. If they come along it'll be a big mess, and one of those monsters might come along again, she says, looking at Shirayuki-hime. Val-sama's very impressed that she got Shirayuki-hime to go along... After Souta and Ringo leave, Akazukin decides to go to school, keeping a low profile so she can protect Souta. Val-sama wants to go, too, but he'd stand out the most -- sorry, but that's quite right, Val-sama. He'll have to stay behind with Shirayuki-hime, who will work on putting up a barrier.

At school, there's a new mysterious transfer student named Erika Shizumori. 13 years old, supposedly ;)She seems to know a lot about the story Souta's researching, talking with him in the library about it. Souta stops himself before mentioning anything about the Three Musketeers. Erika asks him to show her around the school. Of course, Ringo sees Souta with her... Souta asks Ringo if she wants to go with him to show Erika around, but she reacts as you'd expect, all tsuntsun and seemingly jealous. Ringo's friends then come in the classroom with some big news...

Apparently there's a ghost in the school, a girl in red that's been seen around... girl in red... Ringo knows exactly who it is, but Souta has no clue (^^;) Ringo and Souta, along with classmates go to investigate. They find that girl in red, Akazukin of course, dancing around in the music room and playing a tambourine while saying jusii~. Akazukin opens the window and jumps out, landing in a flower bed. Souta rushes to... make sure that the flowers are alright. For Akazukin to jump on his flowers.. Ringo blames it on her, and Akazukin finally does a gyakugire, telling Souta he should ask the flowers to protect him and running off.

Akazukin sits by herself and thinks about what happened.. she remembers one time that someone in Fandavale told her to pay more attention to what the flowers say. Souta wasn't angry, just sad. Her mission is to protect him, the Key of Erde, and she's one of the Three Musketeers, too. Feeling better, she heads back to the school.

Souta runs to find Akazukin with Erika beside him, but one of those guys once again appears blocking the gate and turns into a monster. Souta and Erika run away to the gym, but they're pretty much trapped.. thankfully, Akazukin shows up at just the right time. After 3 toy advertisements attacks she finishes it off....

Back at Souta's house, Shirayuki-hime has finished the barrier. Val-sama senses something bad near Souta and Akazukin at the school, something even more powerful than a nightmarian...

Souta introduces Akazukin to Erika. Erika's impressed with Akazukin -- she is one of the Three Musketeers after all. Wait a sec... did Souta tell Erika that Akazukin was one of the Three Musketeers?

No, and it's pretty obvious that Erika is more than she seems to be (especially if you've already taken a look at the character profiles on the show's webpage). She is cute, but we'll have to see what her personality is like once she shows that she's really Gretel... but if the ending is any indication, Souta will add her to his harem sooner or later.

First off, I do understand that they have to sell stuff, but using the banks this many times in one episode is a bit much. It's really not good for the flow of the battles, but I suppose we'll just have to deal with it. Other of that, everything's pretty enjoyable. Akazukin was pretty funny as usual, especially when she was doing her trademark "jusiii" and dancing in the music room, which was quite cute. Though showing that she's not exactly the brightest girl again (^^;;) Well, you can't really say any of the characters are all that smart, besides Ringo... Souta's generally clueless about what's going on, Val-sama's just an idiot most of the time (though a funny one), Shirayuki-hime's annoying... Ringo would seem to be the one in charge of keeping them all in line. She was quite the tsundere again this time, getting rather jealous and tsuntsun -- Rie Kugimiya as Ringo in Akazukin on Saturday, then as Louise in Shana no Tsukaima Zero no Tsukaima on Sunday, my weekend is full of tsundere ;)

Anyways, next time, it looks like Erika is going to show that she's really Gretel, which is a rather quick development. jusiii~!.. though they didn't say that at the end of the preview this time ;)
