Rein announces on the news that she's going to be taking letters and answering people's issues with things... such as love, as she tells Fine and Chiffon. As we all know by now, Rein-chan is the last person you'd want to ask for love advice with that overactive imagination of hers (^^;;) Anyways, Fine's pretty busy, too, helping out all kinds of clubs. Only problem is that she said yes to all of them, so Chiffon is now her manager to remind her when things are happening. Meanwhile, Bibin floats over the school, pissed off as usual at all the happiness around. chou mu-ka-tsu-ku

Rein checks the mailbox, but there's nothing that interesting to her in there... something from Yayan and Rarau, a letter about food obviously from Fine... but then there's one from Miruro -- she received a love letter, but she doesn't know who sent it to her. As you'd expect, Rein-chan is excited about this one (^^;;) She goes to the art room and gets Miruro to find out what's going on. There's also a guy in the art room with Miruro... hmm... Miruro gives her the love letter: "I've always liked you. Just looking at your wonderful smile makes me happy. Please keep that smile forever ~from someone who's always been watching you". It wasn't me, really ;) Anyways, since the person who sent the letter didn't write their name she can't reply and she doesn't know what to do...

Pumo says the person must've been shy. Rein says no... and here we go again. It was obviously some space pirate that fell in love with Miruro at first sight, but if she were to find out who he was she'd get involved in everything, but Miruro wants to fight together with him to the ends of space, and so, holding each other, the two of them fought the bad space pirates and then got married and... I don't think so, Rein-chan (^^;;) But I do like Miruro in the wedding dress. GJ ;)

Ahem... Rein notices the picture Miruro's been working on and asks who it is. Miruro gets pretty embarrassed and says it's what she thinks the person who sent her the love letter looks like. Turning red, she says she'd like to meet that person and find out what he's like... kawaii~ :) Rein's going to help her find that person, so they go out to search.... Bibin's been watching Miruro and Rein and plants an Unhappy Seed in the love letter...

First, Rein and Miruro go to Bright and ask him about it. He doesn't know anything. And he couldn't possibly have been the one who sent the letter, says Rein. And there she goes again....after that, Rein thinks it might've been Fango, so she asks him to write the love letter to compare writing. Nope, not him.... and it's not Solo, either, too small. And here comes Herb along with the rest of Solo's fan club (^^;;) Next, Rein asks Tauri is anybody on the soccer team might have sent it... nope. Fine, who was helping out with the soccer team, goes with Rein and Miruro to help with the search. She'll ask everybody about it! No, Fine-chan, really, that's fine... you're embarassing Miruro. Rein-chan's embarassed her enough already (^^;;)

Miruro's pretty depressed since they couldn't find who sent the letter... so it must be time for that. After a forced dance Miruro's feeling better, but right after that the Unhappy Seed in the love letter starts making her cry... it must've been a prank, and there's nobody that would like her anyways (we all know that's absolutely not true). The guy from earlier sees Miruro crying...

And as you probably all guessed, he's the one that sent Miruro the love letter, Pastel from the Art Planet. He couldn't get up the courage to tell her, and his father back home is sick so he has to return home anyways, so... Rein tells him there's still time to tell her. A scream comes from the art room... Bibin's there, and the Unhappy Seed in the love letter has sprouted and starts attacking. Time for Fine and Rein to do their thing, and that they do as usual. Bibin's going to be back, though, and next time she'll get them (sure you will).

Pastel picks up the letter and gives it to Miruro. She smiles as he gives it to her... Miruro sees Pastel off at the train station (while Rein-chan is at it again), and there's one last thing he wants to give her -- it's a portait of Miruro smiling.

ミルロかわいいよミルロ!
Miruro kawaii yo Miruro!

Yup, Miruro's smile is the best (even though the animation wasn't the best this time). I was definitely happy to see her smile, the first time we've seen and heard her in a while. Finally, finally, she got her time in the spotlight, and she was really cute as she always is... though Rein-chan overshadowed her with that crazy imagination of hers going ballistic (^^;;) Miruro seemed pretty happy at the end, even though Pastel had to leave, so I guess I'm happy for her, too. Pastel, you lucky guy, you (don't come back!). Anyways, I do worry since Miruro was treated almost like a guest character this time.... y'all be nice and give her some more time ;)

Next time, you thought he was gone, but he's back.. though in quite a different form ;)

Wow I can't believe how much this show has improved ever since Bibin made her first appearance a couple of weeks back. I love it!
