Friday Notes (December 1)...
...yes, I'm still here. Y'all have a nice Thanksgiving last week? ;) Like I said, I've been away from the Interweb for the past week and some busy trying to finish Zelda: Twilight Princess. Since it seems to be the thing to do, I did a quick video showing off my Mii and some of Zelda. I'm past the 5th dungeon now, so if you don't want things to be spoiled and whatnot (don't want to see new weapons and items and so on) don't watch the Zelda part:

I'd like to have more of a Mii Parade than I do now (only 2 Miis). Anyways, I'll see if I can pull myself away from Zelda long enough to actually blog something this weekend (^^;;)

About all I know about this game is that Noiji Itou (Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuuutsu, Shakugan no Shana) is the character designer and that it looks pretty cute. Anyways, Nanatsuiro Drops is set to be made into an anime next year, with animation done by Studio Barcelona (Dai Mahou Touge Punie... I think that's it).

Well, as rumored when those character designs went around, there will be yet another season of Precure starting in February. I'll certainly check it out, but if it's like the previous ones I probably won't keep up with it... never really been able to get into Precure.

Blowing off blog entries in favor of playing Zelda is a-okay with me. I know I'd be doing the same thing in your position. Unfortunately, I was otherwise occupied on the Wii preorder and launch dates and can't justify paying a penny over MSRP to get one through other channels. Gotta wait until they're more readily available... sigh...
Noizi Itou character designs seem to be the biggest thing going for Nanatsuiro Drops right now... not a good sign, especially since I'm not sure that such an unknown studio will be able to faithfully translate them into anime form. It's still a ways off, though, so who knows?
Megumi Hayashibara is singing the OP and ED for Manabi Straight... that's reason enough to check it out.

What kind of spoilers are we talking about in that video? Are any items or weapons shown?

Matthew, what Mii's have you created? Since you're the only other person besides my friend on my Friend List with a Wii, I was wondering if I was getting yours through Mii Parade. So far, I have a Krillin, Light, Link, and Yumiko. Any of these yours? Gotta remember to ask my friend tomorrow too...
Asrialys: Nope, I haven't set any of the other ones besides my own to travel just yet. Still working on them... can't quite get them to turn out like I want (^^;;)
Oh, alright. Yeah, I can't get the right either. Since the Wii's system can be upgraded, maybe other Mii features will become available. You'd think they'd give a broader spectrum of eye and hair color rather than what's logical and real...Same goes for allt he other features. I need more hairstyles to get replicate anime and video game characters :P Oh, and the Mii that represents me sort of looks like Harry Potter...
