Altessa, Fine, Rain, and Pumo make a bit of a rough landing in the Windmill Kingdom, fighting over what to do as usual. Fine's hungry and wants to eat (stomach's growling), but Altessa wants to search for something to help her brother.. but she's quite hungry as well. Sophie just happens to show up as Altessa's stomach growls again. Good enough to be "Best Guuu~ Princess", Sophie says (^^;;) Sophie knows of a good bakery nearby so she takes them to it... but it's closed. Now they can't celebrate Altessa being Best Guuu~ Princess (^^;;;)

Bumo comes up with his next evil, evil, evil plan for Bright (with even more of an evil atmosphere thanks to the black roses around) -- distribute this really rough-looking (Misuzu-like) map that's supposed to be a treasure map around the Windmill Kingdom, getting everybody too busy searching for treasure, allowing Bright to somehow work into things and gain the people's trust or something. Yeah, I don't quite get how that's supposed to work, but... (^^;;) The maps have already been sent out, and we see a couple digging around for the supposed treasure, but having no luck finding it... Altessa, Sophie, Fine, and Rain head through a forest to another place to eat.. Sophie mentions that she heard that at night some man-eating wolves are supposed to come out in the forest. They hear something... but it's not a wolf -- just some kids, the kids of the baker, actually. That couple we saw before are their parents, and they're so absorbed into searching for that treasure that the bakery's closed. They all decide to go help search for the treasure...

  
  

Bumo and Bright are working on their next evil, evil, evil plan as Fine, Rain, and Altessa head towards the Water Drop Kingdom on the Sun Kingdom's airship. They're fighting over what to do.. Fine wants to eat (of course), Rain wants to have tea, and Altessa wants to work on their image with some new jewelry.. they don't know that Camelot and Lulu are trailing them in a balloon.. however, they soon crash since Camelot got a bit too fired up (^^;;) Pumo says that Fine and Rain's new toy item also happens to do fortunes, so they get it out and... and the number 5 go comes up (^^;;) They can't agree on what that's supposed to mean so they have a round of Rock-Paper-Scissors to decide... they eventually arrive in a small village in the Water Drop Kingdom, and the first thing Fine wants to do is eat, of course. Luckily, they happen to be right near a restaraunt.. the chef seems to realize who Fine and Rain are for some reason, and inside he's already got a feast prepared to them. Then he begs them not to take his Sun's Blessing. Huh? Camelot and Lulu have set up shop -- a hamburger shop -- nearby to keep an eye on Fine and Rain when two girls walk up wanting all the hamburgers they have.. for free. They can do that since they're the twins of the Sun Kingdom, Fine and Rain, and they can prove it! (they don't look a bit like them except for their colors (^^;;)... They show a scribbled Sun Kingdom emblem... they then do the noroi (curse) dance since Camelot doesn't listen to them.

It turns out that those two have been going around the village scaring everybody into giving them food. Altessa thinks it could be the work of her brother again.. right then the impostor twins go by and Fine, Rain, and Altessa follow them to see what they're up to. The two go to a marsh and feed the hamburgers they got to the birds there. After seeing that Fine and Rain introduce themselves. Nearby, Bright, Bumo and the former chancellor's two useless underlings watch...

  
  

Ending: 「パタタタ・ルン♪」 patatata run by Fine and Rain: We finally get a new ending this time. The lyrics don't make much sense (same lyricist as the OP, so go figure) -- nano tiko piko poke/aba ibi shara rara, so on, so on. Not quite as much staying power as other songs like it, but still quite fun :) And the visuals... mostly static after the first part, but my gosh, as if it wasn't kawaii enough already they've upped the kawaii factor a few times more.

Fine, Rain, and Altessa wait in that cave in the forest for Bumo and Bright to come by. Altessa suggests they try using that weird power of theirs to bring Bright back to normal, but it has absolutely no effect. After Bright and Bumo realize they're there they have to make a quick getaway to the Sun Kingdom using telepumotion... After Fine and Rain explain the situation to their parents (and after Camelot is rather impressed with Altessa's perfect manners as a princess), they all head to rest a bit and think about what to do next. Fine and Rain do the dame dance since their power wasn't of any use, thinking it's their fault, but Pumo explains that the power of darkness was just stronger. Altessa just about chokes Pumo to death asking if there's a way to bring her brother back to normal. There's supposed to be a book with a way to do that, so they head off to the library to search for it. Omendo can't remember where that book is, so they all search around for it, but it's no where to be found. Turns out it was accidentally thrown out with all the old books that weren't needed anymore... so what to do now?

  
  

Continuing right from where we left off last time, Fine and Rain use their new powers as Fortune Princesses to disable the robot. With the new powers comes a new way of using them.

  

And it's "Twinkle fortune bloomish!" now ;) Anyways, Fine and Rain find it all rather amazing and do the sugoi dance (^^;;) With their plans foiled Bright and Bumo leave, but not before Fine and Rain and Pumo see Bumo... Fine and Rain go back to the Sun Kingdom to talk with Princess Grace. Bumo being around means that the power of darkness has been released -- the power to make people's hearts turn evil, so Fine and Rain have to do their best to stop that from happening....

Back in the Jewel Kingdom in the ex-chancellor's lair evil Bright sits on his evil throne as the ex-chancellor tells him he's the only one who can rule over the Mysterious Planet.. Meanwhile, Altessa searches for her brother around town but can't find him anywhere. If she can't find him, then...

Never thought I'd see Altessa doing the iyaiya dance. She realizes what she's doing and stops, hoping no one saw her. But Fine and Rain saw it, all of it (^^;;) They say she should keep on dancing, making her a bit mad.. then they do the iyaiya dance.. Altessa seems to be mad so Fine and Rain then do the genki dashite (cheer up) dance to try and make her feel better. She's actually crying... she's looked all over and can't find her brother. Fine and Rain suggest she go look back at the castle -- maybe Bright went back. Nice job with the Bright impression (yet again), Rain ;) Altessa goes off to check.. but what if he's not there? Ooops... Fine and Rain run off towards the castle... Bright's not in his room when they check, and the king and queen are worried about him as well. But he returns and talks with her mother and father. He was just doing his job as a prince, making sure things like what happened in town don't happen again. The Mysterious Planet can't do without him...

  
  

Shade explains why he was going around as Eclipse to Fine, Rain, and Bright. He knew that the Sun's Blessing was weakening and about the power of the Prominence. But unlike some other prince, he went about it in a way as to not attract attention :P Seeing Fine and Rain depressed since they've lost the power of the prominence, Bright blames himself for it all (yes, it IS your fault)... When Fine and Rain arrive back in the Sun Kingdom they're not in a good mood, not even genki enough to eat anything, going straight to their rooms and thinking about what happened. They try and find Princess Grace, but they can't.. Toluse and Elza come to talk to them, realizing that they're not very happy. How to change that? Put a smile on, it has the power to make people happy (Don't tell Aishia that!). After making some silly faces Fine and Rain are back to the usual and go off to search for Pumo, who's also rather depressed, blaming himself for things. After a tickle and hearing that Fine and Rain will try to do what they can even without the Prominence, Pumo gets in a better mood.

Right then, Altessa comes storming in to tell Fine and Rain to stay away from Bright. She thinks they did something to make him so depressed... In the Jewel Kingdom, Bright sulks next to a lake. Something comes up from the lake... a dark colored Pumo, Bumo, comes out of a box and uses some kind of dark mist to brainwash Bright, telling Bright that he's going to be king of the Mysterious Planet. Bright has a rather evil expression on his face...

  
  

The chancellor.. well, ex-chancellor plots his evil plots yet again with some odd contraption in his underground lair.. Meanwhile, back in the Sun Kingdom Fine and Rain discuss Shade and Eclipse, with the chancellor's henchmen listening in. Rain still thinks they're two different people since Shade obviously can't be like that nasty Eclipse :P But how to confirm that? Hmm... Pumo says that they definitely can't go sneak into the Moon Kingdom's castle. And absolutely no sneaking into Shade's room. So that's exactly what they go to do. Nice job, Pumo ;) Camelot is one step too late and misses them -- then does the iyaiya dance. That was quite unexpected (but quite funny) (^^;;) After making the usual rough landing Fine and Rain sneak around the Moon Kingdom castle with the kakurenbo one-person prominence spell cast on both of them to make them invisible -- those arrows show up again to point out where both of them are. Along the way, Fine smells something quite yummy and so does Milky, so they run to have a bit of cake.. but Shade walks in to keep Milky from getting even one bite. Well, they found Shade so they follow him around as he goes about doing his princely things -- and what a prince he is, respected by everyone and trying to figure out what's going wrong with the Mysterious Planet.

Meanwhile, back in the Jewel Kingdom a letter is delivered to Prince Bright. The letter says that Eclipse has Fine and Rain in the Moon Kingdom castle. Bright rushes off to protect his dear Princess Fine, as usual. And as usual, it was a trick by one of the chancellor's henchmen :P Bright arrives at the Moon Kingdom castle and follows a secret passage down into the depths below the castle where he chases after a fake Eclipse and is ultimately captured by the chancellor's henchmen. Useless, even moreso than Tio :P

  
  
  

The day of the Princess Party has come so Fine and Rain are in the Moon Kingdom with the plants they grew from those dream seeds, and they show them off to Leonne, Miruro, Sophie, and Milky. Rain's flower is small and rather cute, and Fine's.. well, it's big. Really big (^^;;) Altessa comes by with a big bouquet of roses so Fine and Rain go to admire them. Fine offers to help Altessa carry them, but Altessa says no and yanks them away, and Fine gets a thorn stuck in her finger. Altessa tries to say that she's sorry, but the others say that she doesn't need to worry about it. Fine and Rain think they've made Altessa mad, so they do the damedame dance (^^;;) As Altessa walks through the castle she hears the chancellor's two henchmen plotting -- they're going to release locusts that eat everything during the party and ruin it. Altessa tries to go to tell everyone about it, but she trips, alerting the bad guys to her presence, and they lock her up in a carriage...

Shade notices the bad guys in the ballroom, but he can't do a thing about it as he is. So the Princess Party starts with Moon Maria introducing Princess Milky and her flower arrangement. Flowers with dango growing. Go figure. Fine especially likes it... but Sophie's worried about Altessa since she hasn't shown up, so Fine and Rain go off to look for her... Milky notices the chancellor's henchmen and starts crying. Shade comes down and Milky explains what she saw to him, and gives him a way out -- Shade says that Milky's not feeling well since she ate too much. Pretty smart kid, ain't she? As Fine and Rain look around they run into Bright, who has no idea what's going on since he wasn't at the Party... The party goes on as Eclipse chases down the bad guys. They bump into Fine and Rain, dropping the box with the locusts.. Fine and Rain want to use the Prominence, but Eclipse warns them not to. Fine and Rain notice the box and a rose petal -- Pumo deduces that Altessa must've been taken by those guys.

  
  

After getting an invitation to a festival from Princess Sophie, Fine and Rain head to the Windmill Kingdom. However, things aren't in exactly a festive mood since a dispute has broken out between the bird people that live in the forest and the king. Even Sophie isn't her usual airheaded self as she explains the situation to Fine and Rain... Of course, Fine and Rain decide to take care of things on their own and run into the forest. And of course, they don't a thing done -- the leader of the bird people won't listen to them -- and end up in a mess. Some kids take the Feather Myuugram and use it on them, making them dance around and lose their Sunny Luces, then they get stuck in vines (^^;;)

Meanwhile, Bright arrives on the scene to negotiate with the bird people, but they still won't listen, saying Fine and Rain were sent in as spies... Back in the forest a nice old bird releases Fine and Rain and takes them to the huge tree where the bird people live. The chancellor's two stupid henchmen are there speaking with the leader of the bird people. Apparently those two told the bird people that the king was planning on building a big amusement park in the forest where they live. Fine and Rain run after them as they try to escape...

  
  

Before writing here... how I've translated names conflicts with what was shown this time. They write Rein and Lione, while I've done Rain and Leonne... orz... Well, I believe I'll stick with how I've done things for now ;)

Camelot is FIRED UP since she's absolutely positively going to get Fine and Rain to win at the next princess party -- the theme this time being flower arrangement. Fine and Rain have invited Leonne and the 11 Seed Kingdom princesses over to practice for said princess party, but Camelot objects since it'd give away her plans. But the king and queen say it's okay. The Seed Kingdom princesses have brought some dream seeds, flowers that grow based on what kinds of feeling you put into them, for everyone to grow -- that reminds Queen Elza of how King Toluse gave her a flower grown from a dream seed. Toluse gets rather embarassed and Fine and Rain want to know more so...

きっき 聞きたい 聞きたい 聞きたい！

...and so Fine and Rain do the kikitai (We want to hear it!) dance. They've got a dance for everything these days, don't they? (^^;;) Everybody gets to work in the garden planting seeds. Rain wants her flower to bloom with all her feeling for Bright (cue the usual daydream...). Leonne wants a pretty flower :) And Fine... wants a flower with strawberries on top (^^;;) Nagi makes his appearance singing nonsense as usual, but he's quickly without an audience. Cue the insert song -- "Paradise Princess" sung by Fine and Rain -- as they all work on growing their flowers. Rain's sprouts a bud, but Leonne's and Fine's still hasn't done so yet. Fine's rather depressed that her flower hasn't sprouted yet as she walks around. She happens upon Camelot's garden where she's been preparing things for the next princess party. Fine asks her to teach her flower arrangement -- Camelot is rather surprised (same here).

  
  

Altessa tends to her flower garden, happy to finally have a quiet day alone with her brother. Or so she thought... Fine, Rain, Sophie, and Auraa have all come to have tea since Bright invited them last time. I had no idea Pumo was such a flower lover.. though that doesn't keep Altessa from wringing his neck. Textbook tsundere behavior.. Naginyo is there to seranade everybody in his own special way as they sit down for tea. Prince Auraa and Price Bright look to have gotten to be good friends after what happened during the balloon race, and Sophie and Altessa. Well, still some work to be done there... And besides tea there's also Fine's favorite food, cake, which she happily gobbles up and almost chokes on. Altessa makes the usual snide remark about Fine and Rain and Bright scolds her. She angrily stomps off... Meanwhile, two of the chancellor's henchman plan their next move..

Bright shows everyone around the garden and explains how the jewels are mined. Fine can't think about anything besides food, of course. Altessa made the cake after practicing so much for the sweets Princess Party... Fine and Rain remember how badly they treated her there. They get Bright to tell them where Altessa might be at. They find Altessa in a secret basement room practicing quite hard for the upcoming princess party (the theme being flowers this time). She's not pleased that Fine and Rain interrupted her practice and saw what she was planning to do.. before every Princess Party she's practiced here only to lose every time...
