Everybody else is saying the same thing, but I'll repeat it anyways -- KyoAni quality as expected ;) The style is familiar for openings in this genre, introducing each heroine, and there's not much movement, but it's all extremely high quality. Beautiful scenery, the CG snow is very good, and the 3D blends in very well, too. Ayu's too cute when she bites into the taiyaki there :)

Ending: "Kaze no tadoritsuku basho"
  

A rather simple ending in comparison to Haruhi, but fine by me. Can you tell I'm an Ayu fan yet? ;)

A 3 minute preview with voices is also included... and I'm sorry, I can't help but hear the now very cool looking Yuuichi@Tomokazu Sugita as anyone other than Kyon for now ;) No problem getting used to it, though.

For comparison, some shots from the Toei version of Kanon. It's often called an ago anime or agome -- 顎 ago meaning "chin" -- because of the prominence of character's chins. The original character design already emphasizes chins, but Toei's character designs did it that much more (among other things), so they weren't liked that much...

Anyways, it's all looking pretty good. I can't wait for Kanon to start in October. Uguu~~ ;)
