Edited 4/3 12:41PM: Oh, I get it now. I didn't bother to really listen to the intro explanation at the beginning of the episode and look up words I didn't know. I could tell it was something scientific... Now I know what they're talking about and have an idea of where this show might go :)

Okay, same as with Koikaze below. Don't read if you don't want to know anything about the first episode :)

A little something for everybody in Kono Mini it seems. Got some fanservice, got a bishounen-ish looking guy, Ryuu.. for some reason he reminds me of Yukito from Cardcaptor Sakura.... got some action. Anyways.... Where should I start?

Takeru seems to me to be a pretty laid-back guy (as seen by his laying around when he's supposed to be cleaning the pool there at the beginning), and his friend, Ryuu seems to be the type that the girls love. They both go to Takeru's house for a bit, then when they return from making a delivery (by motorcycle), a strange light falls from the sky and screams past them and lands in the forest. Of course, they've gotta go investigate, right? (strange things falling from the sky seem to be a major problem for anime characters) And what do they find? A cocoon-ish kinda thing with a girl inside. She calls herself Hikari (光, "hikari" means "light"). And she is hadaka (there's your fanservice) when she comes out and holds onto Takeru. But... some big insect creature comes and seems to be after her. Takeru and Ryuu can't really do anything to fight it, though... But Takeru promises to protect Hikari. And then, something strange happens. Takeru transforms into this strong.. I don't know what it is, I suppose we'll find out later.. and saves Hikari and takes her to a safe place, then kicks some butt. He's about to finish the thing off, but then thinks twice about it... Meanwhile, Hikari is waiting for Takeru when the monster comes back and... she goes into evil mode (complete with evil laugh). The monster ends up dead when Takeru and Ryuu come back. Suppose we'll find out what happened then later on, too... And that's it for episode 1.

So far, I'm interested. I could do without the fanservice, but anyways... I'll keep watching for now :)
